Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to KATULISTIWAPEDIA: Journal of Communication and Media Studies must prepare their manuscripts in clear, formal, and appropriate academic English. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. All submissions must comply with the journal’s formatting and writing requirements and should be prepared using the official journal template.

A standard research manuscript should generally include the following sections: title, abstract, keywords, introduction, literature review or theoretical framework, research methods, results and discussion, conclusion, and references. The structure may be adapted according to the type and nature of the manuscript, and additional sections may be included where appropriate.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all references, providing proper citations for all sources used, and maintaining consistency in formatting throughout the manuscript. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s minimum requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to the peer-review process.

By submitting a manuscript, the authors confirm that all listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission to KATULISTIWAPEDIA.
